Sector 3 Solutions has built a comprehensive consultation program designed to give clients a real understanding of the strengths and weaknesses that are inherent in their marketing, fundraising and sales campaigns. An exclusive selection of tailored reviews, programs and solutions geared to give insight, add perspective and increase the effectiveness of the full supply chain – whether you are using external outsourced providers or inhouse resources. There are 3 main programs within the consulting space for clients to take advantage of.
Vendor Selection and Management
This product is about choosing the right partnership to move ahead with and evaluating the options that you might have as a client to manage and direct the success of your campaign. S3S will assist in making the decisions and recommendations on which supplier to work with and how to best structure your campaign to give maximum effect.
This consult is based on an hourly (or daily rate) structure and includes the investigation of values, message and purpose that you wish to flow through your supply chain. We also look at how you are going to manage the outcomes to ensure you achieve your goals. We will look at the communication and administrative processes to ensure that they also support the overall intention and allow you to bring partnership and cohesiveness to your supplier relationship.
Campaign Review & Recommendations
For clients with a more mature campaign, this program is designed for a quick review of performance on the relationship and partnership aspects of your campaign - as well as discovering hidden opportunities or innovations that might be able to swing results in your favour or even highlight easy wins for your suppliers.
This consult is also based on an hourly rate and designed to stimulate new thinking, new approaches and refresh your partnerships with a focus on performing at a higher level. Mystery shopping, verification call review and residential ride-alongs provide critical insight.
Supplier Transparency Accountability Review
The STAR program is a comprehensive (over 400 questions) review of your entire supply chain. The review is multi-directional and takes into account feedback and competency from you, your supplier, their contractors and employees. Then the review switches and focusses the feedback back up the chain on ways in which the front line ambassadors can feel more connected to you as the client and even further to your beneficiaries.The review covers a variety of aspects including compliance, performance, communication, values, management, training and leadership.The review is expected to take about 2 weeks with additional follow up, and is a set fee based on the requirements to engage over such a long period of time. STAR also works to ensure that all necessary components of the campaign cascade all the way through the supply chain and include not just the usual visible attributes but also throughout the review there are opportunities to discover whether the intangible purpose and values are also present throughout the supply

Sector 3 Solutions has built a model (available on request) for the implementation, management and eventual success of an inhouse program.The model is based on using the expertise of Sector 3 in combination with the charities own strengths in resources to build a successful inhouse face to face fundraising team.
